Supporting Strategic Partnerships with Rochford District Council, Essex County Council, NHS South East Essex, Rochford Local Strategic Partnership and other locally based services in order to co-ordinate effective planning of new services and activity which aim to eradicate overlaps in services and enable effective joint working.
